I’ve made a list of writing sites that accept guest posts recently but today a treat is in order! These are the sites that might be suitable for you and that will pay you for your articles.
If you have a nag for writing which I assume you have since you’re reading this, and want to earn some extra cash consider writing an article for one or more of these sites.
Funds for Writers
This is a site that is designed to help writers earn money and it’s not like most of the writing sites. Funds for Writers accepts only articles that could help authors to earn money. Writing uplifting articles and offering an original way an author can make money are their conditions for acceptance.
Apply on their submission page. They pay $50 for original articles and $15 for reprints and you get author’s page with links in bio. Double treats!
Women on Writing
WoW is a site for female authors and professionals they would need (editors, publishers, etc).
The site pays between $50 and $150 depending on the type of articles you write. You also get a byline with links allowed in it. Submit here.
Be a Freelance Blogger
This site doesn’t pay all authors, it allows guest posts for those who only want to get published but it has a Pitchfest contests that can get you $100 if you win or $50 if you’re a runner-up.
To apply for Pitchfest go here. The site allows you byline and links in it.
WritersWeekly.com is a site dedicated to marketing books and is run by Angela Hoy who runs BookLocker, an e-book publishing company.
To apply visit the guidelines page. The site doesn’t allow any links in posts or bio page but you will have a bio page.
Make A Living Writing
This is a great site that pays for articles. It pays between $50 and $100 depending on length and other factors.
It credits you and you get an author’s page but it’s just a list of articles you wrote there and there are no links allowed. To submit, go here
I hope you’ll have some use from this. I’ll soon write a list of sites that pay for content that isn’t related to writing but is a great way to earn some more money.
Keep up and keep writing!
